>>56453379As someone who caught up recently I think its pretty good so far when it comes to anipoke standards. It feels different from the og anime, It's more story focused and more consistent in tone. The pacing can feel very slow or too fast though, and while their character development wasn't ignored I felt that the main duo was too dependent on the adult supporting cast in the first two arcs. Despite that I feel that every set up has a satisfying payoff at the end and is good seeing Liko, Roy and Dot getting stronger in their own pace. Amethio, Sando, Onyx and Spinel are cool antagonists as well, especially Spinel.
