Okay /VP/, I need your help. I've been haunted by the memory of an extremely specific pokemon magazine from when I was young. I don't think it was Nintendo Power, because it was completely focused on Pokemon. It was before the DPPT games were released, and the two main things I remember from it were that it told you the code to access mystery gift in FRLG (Link Together With All), and it had a section for fanmade pokemon, I remember two of the fanmade pokemon, one of them was some kind of penguin, and the other was a fake charizard evolution you could get by leveling charizard up to level 98. This magazine has eluded me for years. If anyone can give me any information on this phantom magazine, it would be greatly appreciated.
