Vaporeon is bad, don't bother. Her heal won't do squat when she's one shotted. Qwilfish or bouffalant make better stall tanks.
Are you playing in a particular format? I'd recommend to aim for standard, most people play that, and non-standard decks are just expensive and you will get curb stomped.
Keep in mind that AZ will discard all previous evolutions of crobat, so crobat comes back and you lose zoobat/golbat. So that "combo" dosen't really work. This item might fill in your niche. If you're looking to base you deck off crobat's ability and attacks, you need strong board control. Prevent them from setting up properly and force them to switch out threats while you take out the scary stuff on their bench. Hypnotoxic laser, virbank city gym, pokemon catcher, and hammer's are great tools to control the board.
