This is my idea for a starting bird line for an Australian region. Needs to be separated into multiple posts though, since 4chan is a cunt.
Magpie
Type: Dark/Flying
Species: Clever Bird Pokémon
Abilities: Intimidate/Keen Eye
Dex Info: During nesting season this Pokémon will aggressively swoop and attack anything that comes close to its nest, and has been known to chase people and Pokémon for miles to ensure that they've left their territory. Outside of those times however, they can be quite friendly with people, and their sheer range of problem solving skills have led them to be considered one of the smartest bird Pokémon in the world. Be careful to never make one angry though, or at least to never return to its territory if you do; they remember the faces of those they hate for their entire lives.
