I wonder how much gamefreak hates Nintendo right now. I mean, Sun/Moon only took about 3 GB of information, and they could always blame any restrictions on the hardware limitations of the platform.
Then Nintendo comes out with the switch, which is an order of magnitude more then what they are used to and Nintendo tells them to make a new Pokemon game for it. Now they are going to have to put 10 times more effort to fill up 5 times more space on a home consul system. Gamefreak might actually have to try this time rather then just go 'lol lets just make the graphics better, get 7 people to generate 5 random new Pokermen and have a random map generator make our new region'.
I'm worried this upcoming Pokemon game will be the first Bad Pokemon game because they can't just copy paste their old tactics anymore.
