Anyway, tried to get rid of those side lines as much as possible and adjusted the eyes and mouth, as well as the jawline as
>>18237147 suggested. Also, the "H" on the poncho is supposed to be the design that's in there on the art, it's the same as Gun's previous version with a few pixels difference. There's not much room to work with there so getting the design to look like the art is very challenging.
If it still doesn't look right then someone else can mess with it of course, or the best route would probably just be to scrap this. Either way is fine with me, I'm not trying to aggravate people.
