Use buffs until Sync Gauge is full, Bea should have around 4atk and 6spd at this point (make sure it's the build with the Speed powering up moves ability activated, this is important). Skyla for 2 level sync buffs. Run Sandstorm for Super Effective Up x2. Use Meteor Assault on the lackey Pokémon, NOT KUKUI. You should rack up enough damage to hit the 10k mark.
