I think I need to change the rules a bit. Blaze Black 2 is fucking hard and I suck. So Instead of me making my Pokemon stay three levels below the gym leaders, I'll just make them at most 1 level above the gym leader. Maybe I'll just keep it at Shift instead of Set idk. I'm such a wimp.
My team were all level 15 going when I faced cheren.
>Lost Ernie (my cascoon) to my Rival. I manage to beat both his tailow and his tepig with Ernie. Ernie died due to a crit ember from tepig, but it managed to die due to poison immediately after. Ernie was really underleveled against my rival, I've probably would have survive if it was the same level but oh well.
>Lost Royer (my lilipup) to Cheren's Munchlax. Royer was hauling ass against the Gym Leader, it was my best Pokemon. I then faced Munchlax his last and his best Pokemon. I thought I could flinch it with bite and then use take down, but it didn't flinch. It used work up and then covet and Royer was as good as dead. I didn't use Shirley in the whole battle up until Munchlax and he destroyed that fat piece of shit and we won the battle. The Sad part is that Royer evolved right after the match.

I thought I would have it easy against her since I was 4 levels higher than her pokemon, but that fucker had bug bite, aerial ace, and cross poison and I was trying my best to heal Aurea from every attack, but it crit me and Snivy is kill. Luckly Shirley swept her team right after.
Man, I think I'm going to lose the whole thing. The next two leaders will destroy Shirley and I don't think I will assemble a team that will do anything against them either. Playing nuzlocke is so dramatic.
