Sure it's presented in a silly, comical way, but the line is doing a good job at characterising Nemona - her battle autism is so deeply ingrained that brainwashing cannot fully suppress it. Out of all your friends, she's the only one still able to sort of speak while the others effectively become mochi puppets, and even keeps at least some awareness of what's going on because afterward she could remember she was battling you.
You don't actually need a 2deep4u wordsalad to make good dialogue.
