>>46498081>>46497934Diantha has no presence whatsoever and I don't understand what the deal is with these Pokemon on her team since they seem to lack synergy and don't even really match the color scheme of her weird outfit. BUT, her Hawlucha, Tyrantum, and Gardevoir are admittedly scary.
N has loads of presence and leads with a box legend. Like Diantha he uses two fossil mons. Why, I don't know, but his Carracosta has a decent moveset, and his Archeops may cause problems if it moves before you can hit it. Acrobatics strong. Zoroark is just cool. His Vanilluxe and Kilinklang have a nice moveset.
Alder, Ghetsis, and Iris are difficult for me to bring into this because they don't quite match up. Iris would be an unfair comparison since X/Y never got their revised games, which I think would have maybe fixed some of these distribution problems. Alder is a secret boss and Ghetsis is an extra fight beyond the "Champion" fight.
But for what its worth, all three of them totally blow Diantha's team out of the water in terms of aesthetic synergy and actual moves. BW1 Ghetsis is notoriously hard, and Alder's Pokemon have great movesets and abilities. Iris has a Pokemon with Life Orb and another with Dragon Dance, and on top of that she's got coverage to deal with Ice-types.
