Since Dedenne is the regional Pikachu knock-off, it's most likely not going to get an evo, otherwise I'd use it over Spritzee. I'm still hoping for a plague doctor evo out of Spritzee though.
Also I kinda like Chespin's evo. It's cute and I can't wait to see how they turn that into a dark type. Froakie's on the other hand is almost too generic and expected. I guess I'm trying to say it's boring? Fennekin's hit that right note with me between being kawaii as fuck like it's prevo while keeping the evolution line fresh and interesting.
