god damn bb2 redux is hard if you try to follow the level cap. it took three tries to beat the plasma grunt at the ranch, which i eventually managed with a bit of luck by debuffing mienfoo with featherdance and focusing on the other pokemon, but i still lost sewaddle. it was not possible to keep everyone at lvl 14 or lower by the time i got to cheren. i lost pansage to one of the gym trainers, and down to 3 vs cherens 6 wiped to him.
