A shame it's so expensive to live there (not that it isn't getting that way everywhere these days...) otherwise I'd seriously consider moving there one day. Might settle for a state like West Virginia. More affordable, but still offers scenic beauty. And I'd get away from the darn heat. Doesn't get anywhere near as hot there as where I currently live.
