>>53616583I didn't like the original ex cards either. I've always thought they were an unfortunate combination of unappealing "art" and visual clutter. I really don't understand how the text box is considered a positive since it does nothing but obscure the image and the translucency just compounds on the visual clutter. It just seems like plain nostalgia to me. Which is fine I guess, but it doesn't seem fair to excuse them for so many things that V cards constantly get shit for.
The starfoil and holo borders are nice though.
