>>43527577>1.When did you started playing Pokémon, in which game and for what reason?Ever since I was a child I was a big Pokemon fan. I loved watching the anime and movies. In second grade we used to have birthday parties in class and my birthday cake was Pokemon themed and had the whole original 151 on it. My first handheld was the DS and my first pokemon game was Diamond. Played the shit out of Diamond.
>2.What is, in your opinion, the main focus of Pokémon games? The pokemon and the adventure
>3.What is Pokémon's main appeal, what got you hooked? As I said for 2, the pokemon and the adventure. Every kid wants to be like Ash.
>4.What is your least favorite aspect of Pokémon? The plot and the roadblocks mainly, they hinder the adventure and Gamefreak aren't that great at writing stories.
>5.Why did you stopped playing, in case you did?/In case you didn't: is there anything you want to change about the games?I still replay the games. I want Gamefreak to be more ambitious with the map design. Be more open.
>6.What makes a Pokemon game be a Pokemon game? It's not that easy to explain, but there's a lot of heart put into the games. If there's any nice thing I can say about Gamefreak, it's that they can capture a child's sense of adventure and wonder. Even in SwSh I can see tiny glimpses of this SOUL, like with Camp.
>7.Would you still have played the Pokémon games you have played if they were not Pokémon games, why or why not, which ones?I play other monster catching series like DQM and Digimon so sure.
