What this Anon is reffering to is a "Beauty" Trainer that you face in the Battle Chateau (I think?) in Pokemon X and Y who says, "Yes, a mere half year ago I was a Black Belt! Quite the transformation, wouldn’t you say?"
The original in Japanese though says, "I was a Karate King just half a year ago; the power of medical science is awesome, wouldn’t you say?!" Heavily/basically announcing that she used to be quite the manly man only half a year ago!
Overall I don't think it's that big of a censorship considering the kept ENOUGH of it as oppose to just changing the whole thing, but, yeah: Transgender/MtF Pokemon Trainer.
