I have drawn a red line for when Englands gun ban happened, now if you pay close attention you can see I drew over the 1997 line, when Englands gun ban was put into effect in 1996, but that was December of 1996, so 1 day off from 1997 way closer than the 364 days between the gun ban and the line for 1996.
