I've obtained all 801 legal Pokémon. I even once tried to catch a glitchmon in Emerald. And a different one in Diamond and Pearl.
I still couldn't give a single shit if they keep the National Dex in Bank. You couldn't complete it without Bank anyway unless you're a scrub that uses the GTS.
