Anyway, here's Grass. This specific list is missing a shit ton of options -- Applin is a stand in for Hydrapple, Exeggute a stand in for A-Exeggutor. Mega Venusaur and Sceptile would be equal to their base forms. Mega Abomasnow a tier above. Probably missing some forms here too.. I consider everything E tier above something I at least like, neutral to F and G, dislike H and I.
I like grass types that evoke the image of a dinosaur in a jungle. Either dino/dragon/kaiju mons (like usual), or mons that seem tropical, exotic, part of the greater foundational ecosphere (like Exeggutor or Victreebel for example). Things that would be cool to find in a dark, dank jungle.
Biggest missed potential for me is Carnivine. I love flytraps, but I want something more like a Pirahna plant from Mario, not a strange floating pile of vines.
