In Doubles, I use a Xatu and a Houndoom. I use Xatu as a Sunny Day/Tailwind user, to allow Mega Houndoom to get the SpA boost, get Solar Beam off, etc.
However, Xatu can't take a hit to save its life. I always end up getting Sunny Day off, since I'm usually faster than the opponent, but never Tailwind, because it's gone before the next turn.
I need a new EV spread for it. It has to have 252 Spe EVs, because it needs to outspeed Houndoom. Other than that, the remaining need to be redistributed. I currently have 252 in HP, 4 in Def. Please help.
