I fucked around with an Action Replay "All wild Pokemon are shinies" code but I'm not sure if I started the Cresselia event with it activated. Months later after I'd stopped cheating I found it in a random encounter. Think I should actually get ome legit so I can put it to bed. It's a great shiny for a Pokemon I don't think much of normally.
