ORAS Roxanne looks like the bratty "ojou" princess archetype you see in anime/manga. Even her new facial features is more "fierce" and bratty. Not like her original design which was "gentle schoolteacher with feminine charm".
In any case, I like both designs. They are both pretty good. Again, I actually prefer her new shameless coomer-bait design (hnngh), but there has definitely been a decrease in RSE Roxanne art as a result so I understand your frustration. Both version have her cute giant forehead so I think you'll be ok, OP
