It has decent bulk with a combination of 95 in both defenses, and 95 Attack is more than servicable. Especially since I Adamant Minted mine and maxed out Attack EVs. Oh and Multi Attack is freaking 120BP/100ACC now. It's a SE Double Edge without the drawback.
