The option wasn't provided of course, it was just some idle dialog that can't be followed trough.
It's not like it's a real character anyway, probably just a made up one for a non important encounter.
I have no idea why this shitty thing affects me so much, and I thought I was in a better shape than that. But somehow, this really broke trough everything I had worked on lately, and I feel like giving up on everything and killing myself.
