You know for years all I ever heard was "I want another Pokemon console game" And you know what, now it's here and all you can do is complain.
These graphics look a hell of a lot better than the ones of the Nintendo Gamecube that's for sure.
And as if that weren't enough, you now have 2 PLAYER CO-OP mode. A game mode which may I remind you isn't available in any previous generation. Now you'll be able to play Pokemon together with all your friends. Isn't that better than playing it alone?
I remember being around 8 when Pokemon first made it's debut. Back then I didn't care about all the technical aspects of Pokemon. I just liked how cool the Pokemon looked. And that's what it really comes down to here. Sure, there are a couple of technical features which don't measure up to the standards we've come to expect.
But I think the real problem is that the fans of Pokemon on 4chan have just gotten old. And that's who Pokemon is really made for when it comes down to it, kids.
I think unless you go into it with the same childlike enthusiasm and wonder you had when you first started playing Pokemon, then theres no way you're going to enjoy this nostalgic rainbow bombshell.
And as far as the Hardware goes, let's be honest, it dwarfs the original Fire Red and Leaf Green, and the Original GBA titles. Be honest, if you were still 10, you'd flip your lid for this game.
