>>49629702I spent many hours on an eevee outbream, which on the way to there are a couple of eevee spawns. They are rare spawns but I did the 4 check method which meant resetting a metric fuck ton of times, and seeing those eevees quite a few times. Multiple alphas even.
Never saw a shiny eevee spawn in those outbreak adjacent spawn points. Though I did get two shiny shinxes back to back during my adventure.
