For those who don't want to read the fucklong wall of text, Lumina lived with her sister Evelynn and was sick with the same magic AIDS that kawaii uguu girls in anime have to garner sympathy. Evelynn decides to develop a machine to enhance pokemon healing powers to cure her, but a Meteor agent hears of this and demands she work for them instead.
In an experiment with a Magneton, it evolves, and this somehow causes Lumina and Evelynn's minds to be fused into Meteor man's body.
So this is how the triple personality ZEL came to be.
