I've noticed that MindCrystal added this as well, so I figured there might be an easy method.

If not, which value would I need to change for HeartGold in a hex editor?
Would you also happen to know which value I'd change to double the timing when fishing, to compensate for the doubled speed?

While MindCrystal is great, there are a few bugs I'd rather do without (pic related being one), and the Golden Edition hack (as well as the base game) would benefit greatly from sped up gameplay.
