I've been really pushing myself since Oshawott Community Day to walk as much as possible (became lvl. 47 and needed to do the 8 weeks of 25km), and that alongside Pikmin Bloom has gotten me to do at least 50km per week. I've notice my double-chin has slimmed significantly and my gut now feels like a loose sack. It would be good, if it didn't feel all in vain. I was in a similar situation back in 2018, and then I let it all fall apart once winter came around and I stopped walking. Should I even keep at it now that I hit my mandatory 8 weeks, or is it worth it to try to find the strength to keep at it through sub-zero temperatures once those hit?
