>>57276537>>region where all starters are resistant and effective against fairy typeThere isn't a single grass-type starter that resists fairy. Aside from that, your best choices are Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh or Unova.
Kanto has the second-most fairies from gens 1-5, but they're all pretty weak and there are tons of poison-types to balance it out. As long as you stay away from places with lots of young people, mainly girls, you shouldn't have any problems.
Johto has a few, but they're also pretty weak (unless you count Togekiss), plus Ho-Oh resists fairy and there are a decent amount of poison and steel-types to find near Goldenrod City. Same rules for Kanto apply, just stay away from young girls and you're very unlikely to ever interact with any fairy-types.
Sinnoh doesn't have many fairy-types, mainly due to the poison-types in the marshes and the plentiful amounts of steel-types. Most of the top trainers will probably have a Gardevoir, Sylveon or Togekiss with them though, so as long as you don't interact with those people or live in places with competitive tournaments, you should be fine. Only other tip is that there are a lot of meteorites around Sinnoh, so stay away from caves.
If you're looking for the place with the least fairy-types in general, though, the only native fairy-types in Unova are the Cottonee line, along with a pretty healthy amount of poison and steel-types, so as long as you stay away from the places with lots of immigrants/imported Pokémon or places with meteorites (i.e., Giant Chasm), that's probably the best place.
Everywhere else outside niche shitholes like Orre heavily embrace fairy-types in everyday life, so I'd advice staying away from them.
