Of course, there's room for experimentation and personal preferences and changes. You an try Focus Band or X Speed. Once I saw one using Weakness Policy and getting 20+ KOs.
And there's this emblem set of pic related also, from mathcord. I find AtkSpeed set + the items mentioned above to be better though
