>>16584453No. Usually 5 is enough. Volcarona doesn't need 31 Atk IVs. In fact, special attackers are better off with 0 in that stat to minimize confusion damage. Anyways, the best thing to do is to make sure that between the two parents, some combination of the 5 best IVs are maxed. For Larvesta, that would be HP/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe.
Both of the parents don't need 5 perfects, just as many as possible to increase that chance that the five you want are chosen. Fuck, this pic will help.
