I tried a Nuzlocke of Platinum back in 2016 but Maylene knocked out my entire team, and I gave up. Fast forward to now, I took a job as a night auditor and decided to try again to pass the time. Lost a few Pokemon to selfdestruct and pursuit, but I've done better this go round.
Managed to lose Tina Gay to Aaron's Drapion (I was going to use rest but he landed a critical hit with Ice Fang). Nipple Knee also died at the hands of Aaron but I'm not surprised, he was a total weakling. Kraken swept through Bertha, and Gibbler swept through Ronald McDonald. Pecker fell at the hands of Lucian when I more or less switched out to save Kraken.
So now I'm down to Cynthia. I'm going to lead with Kraken and try to dragon dance as much as possible before trying to sweep her team. I might teach toxic and protect to Magmar, but I'll be losing tri-attack and magnet rise. Gibbler can come in and try to clean up, but I know it won't be able to take her Garchomp one on one. So guys... How fucked am I?
