For one, V-create is an Japan only event, and the name is english. The event did not produce a shiny, because the only shiny event was Nobunaga's Rayquaza, which did not have V-Create. Also if it was either it would be in a cherish ball. Also why the fuck would you want a Mixquaza with Special attack EVs and only 1 Special move, that you can only use once per switch.
