It is a gas-filled meteor that evolves into a gas-giant planet (like Saturn). There are not enough cosmic pokemon and this is a surprisingly unused concept.
I know the prevo looks a bit like koffing right now, but it would be brown and rocky looking and the gas would prob be green or blue. Maybe it can get a redesign, but the important part is the evo Jupitorb looking like a gas-giant with the rings revolving around it.
As a poison/rock pokemon it would be a fantastic spinner and Levitate is a lock for the ability so the 2x ground weakness would be null. I think this concept can be redone by someone more artistically inclined and it would be a cool addition to the game. We need a defensive-spinner type pokemon
