I'd open a casino in Malie city. There's no casino in Alola, and the high amount of tourists means it'd probably be very successful, so it'd be easy to get the starting capital to open the place.
Once business starts going well, with a few trustworthy people taking care of operations, it can run by itself without me having to involve myself too much, so it'd give me time to complete the island trials if I felt like it, or invest in other ventures, like resorts or research.

I guess I don't have any Alolan pokemon, but I wanted to keep the steel monotype and Alola didn't introduce many good steel types aside from Celesteela. I like the Steel type in general because it represents innovation and technology, even though there's no link between that and casinos thematically.
I guess it would make sense for Skarm to have been my first ride pokemon and to have befriended it like this. Klefki was a gift because I'm disorganized and keep losing my shit, so it'd hold on to my keys and passes. Magnemite was the first pokemon I actually caught.
