I'm making a casual "Monster/Kaiju" Party and I'd like a Lapras to round it out a little more, but ORAS is devoid of Lapras.
Egg Moves, Natures, Iv's, etc.. All of that isn't important- A normal/untouched Lapras would actually be preferred if that's at all possible.
