I'm trans, so I certainly associate my trainer as being trans. It's completely not important to the story or gameplay, so... It doesn't exactly come to mind, until I see threads like this.
Also, you'd think straight guys would encourage traps/trans. Less competition for them with straight women, and they get to look more masculine with femme sorts around...
Though I agree that actually tricking someone into an intimate situation without warning is a massively dick move.
