>>51485924For one, they were Nintendo employees not TPCi employees for starters. The play throughs they do are put on the Nintendo channel, not the TPCi channel. Joe has been linked to TPCi since X&Y when they started directly sending him press releases. Even if it’s strictly the PR department that talks to Joe, I’d be more inclined to believe someone directly in relation to TPCi than a Nintendo employee who simply reached out to TPCi and made a pitch for content.
People are just ragging on Joe because Twitterfags love negative controversy, including in the gaming community. Anyone who dares be on the side not hyping up controversy will most definitely get dabbed on by the masses. Look at how much less engagement the clarification tweet from the person who started it all got compared to the original tweet? It made it clear they were highly likely talking about Randomizers but the shitstorm has already started. It was simply clickbait because nobody cares about the truth when the lies are more entertaining.
