Hyper Beam ST spam while Sycamore or an EX Support syncs for the buff, if the sidemons are frail enough then I might use a second sync with him but Hyper Beam is usually more than enough.
Also depends on supports, if it's SS Blue who syncs first and slowly but reliably gives attack buffs too beside the other support that buffs SpAtk since the start then Lance sync can be considered otherwise you have too many stats and strats to focus on when in reality Hyper Beam is the real deal on him.
He has no multipliers on his sync, it has 6 sync tiles to pick from instead if you specifically want a focus on his physical sync side, spamming Hyper Beam every turn is just better.
