I decided I would specifically honor each level cap for the kanto gyms and fight them in order of lowest level instead of just using a set level and fighting them all like I had planned. Plus it gives me an excuse to come up with some new team members while some of my main bois are boxed from being overleveled. Awful level curve of this game really makes grinding up new team members a fucking bitch though on a real cart without speedup. But I think I should be set for most of the game now. Might swap in an Octillery for Dragonair. Can't wait to get Spikes on Arthur. If it lives long enough I'll throw it my toxic and rest tms too for Red's Lax.
