Fuck her by the way. Evangeline is the only one I can't stand. It reads like someone who has only consumed porn writing a character. The rest of them could probably be actual trainers if you cut out some of the real edgy shit. I even like the idea of doped up pokemon from Dorado. You could probably implement it as either a spectrum Intrepid Sword or having all of his EVs at 252 at the cost of taking life orb damage after each attack.
