a question, when you fought Ultra Necrozma, did it have dragon pulse or outrage? Mine didn't use outrage at all (and I am not sure if it used dragon pulse or not) and I couldn't bait it into static from Manectric whoch sucked. Had to use focus sash and then crit sucker punch to win.
