>>28121014I think it'd probably be easier for me to just list pros and cons with the plots. Incoming textdump.

>ProsEvents keep happening regarding you generally helping other Pokemon out. It genuinely feels like you're a team that was made to support others, whereas in the other games the rescuing others aspect usuallt gets shoved aside quickly. The Ninetales arc was rather solid, and was the perfect mix of crazy and average.
>ConsThe partner was very weak. He felt like he was just there to push the protagonist into situations, and never did things on his own. Besides that one time he was afraid to go to Silent Chasm, all he ever does is be the protagonist's doormat, from giving him a free house to traveling across the world with him. It didn't make much sense to me. The world ending meteorite and general disasters also didn't seem to hold much weight in terms of showcasing the threat of the world ending, like what that other anon said.

>ProsThe plot itself is rather compelling and does a good job at leaving things up to interpretation. Things are grand, and time travel shenanigans allow for crazier things to occur without going too overboard. Twists were new, making them interesting compared to what's done later.
