Slow, piss slow at a mediocre 90 base speed, frail despite the benefit of steel type, never powerful enough, priority all over the place in special and physical tiers. Bullet punch is weaker than Extreme Speed despite STAB, vacuum wave and extreme speed get walled by ghost types, forced to use the lesser Bullet punch. Shitty abilities related to flinch for some reason (inner focus and steadfast).
Being a shillmon you'd expect better stats like the stupid rabbit or the ninja frog
