Frankly, Metang is the bigger concern, given it can apparently take on at least a fucking TERAJOULE of energy(Metang can survive a fighter jet collision, and fighter jets can get over a trillion joules of momentum in flight,) though MAAAYBE you can get away with tank-based shaped charge munitions since that's a bit of a smaller point of contact than a figher jer.

Honestly, the human world infrastructure is not build for Pokemon as they are often depicted in the anime. Charizard absolutely could bring down an entire skyscraper as a breeze. That said, we're not /totally/ defenseless.
