After you beat Tobias the final time, he realizes that an Ice age isn't the best solution to fix a corrupted world. His admins rebel and form their own Team Frostbite for the post game. They still want the ice age, but in a team flare kind of way where everyone but them dies. Tobias fights along side you to make up for his past mistakes.

After beating the second team, Tobias tells his Kyurem to freeze Sapphire, but Allan sacrifices himself to save her. Sapphire regrets everything she's done and mourns Allan in prison
