His change of mind was described so well in person, and he eventually came to his senses with the protagonist's encouragement and help, and he came back to be a friend who actively cooperates with the protagonist in the final Terapagos battle and Epilogue(Mochi Mayhem episode). That's why Kieran becomes my favorite character in pokemon series. Plus, I think he is so cute!
