The main idea should be to reward them when they do something good and complain when they do something bad. That's how developers learn what the consumers want and do not want, anon. Just because people are upvoting the new trailer doesn't automatically mean they approve of the games as a whole, nor does it imply they have forgotten about the whole controversy surrounding the games' lack of quality.
