>>22189340As much of a shit the game was, I have to say Battle Revolution provided a Wi-Fi that pretty much guaranteed that virtually any pokemon could succeed. You could literally run anything you wanted provided you had a way of wrapping things up quickly or securely. This is likely because there were about zero clauses, if the pokemon was within legal EV limits and could get the moves it had, it was game.
That's not so much of a possibility in the Wi-Fi we have now, which is much more organized and fair than before despite still being kind of loose. You could still run a bunch of things if you wanted, but there's a shitload of effort you have to put into them and its not worth it in some cases.
